Create a Manual Order in SwiftForge

Before You Start

Make sure your product is active and your artwork meets the print guidelines. Have the customer's shipping address and contact details ready.

Creating the Order

1. Go to Orders and click Create order.
2. Select the product, variant (color/size) and quantity.
3. Enter the customer's name, contact info and shipping address.
4. Review the subtotal and total, then confirm.

After Submission

The order moves to Pending. Once artwork is approved it becomes Confirmed and enters production automatically.
